What makes Wix the Best in the Business?October 31, 2019
There was a time when you needed tech nerds and computer whiz kids to build a website. It was a simpler time back then. Now, you have more than a thousand ways to build a website and each of them easier than the other.
It had to get easier though if you think about it. With the number of websites that are up and running today, you would have needed thousands of geeks like those. Imagine that! It would have been absolute hell, building and managing them.
Thankfully you don’t have to go looking for coders now. All you need is a drag and drop solution for building a site that exists in droves in the industry right now and Wix is best among them if I dare say so. So, what makes them the best, pricing, product, performance? All of it, or at least most of it, for some.
The first reason why I think highly of Wix is the ideology behind the existence and the growth of the company. The company exists as a website builder and identifies itself as an independent and publicly traded website builder.
This does two things. First, more emphasis is laid on the product because it includes an only website builder. Most web hosts that have website builders in their suites don’t usually bother a lot about it since it is only as good as the suite is. Wix on the other focuses only on their website builder and the product drives the growth of the company. And the second gives us confidence in their product and workmanship.
If you have ever looked at Wix’s website, I suggest you look at it now. It is one of the most aesthetically pleasing websites you will ever see in your life and that’s what you get too. The design they have used there is among the thousands of design templates and themes that they offer you. So, you know what can be done with their tool if used right. Pretty neat, isn’t it?
Simplicity and Configuration
You can tell that Wix focuses a lot on the design end of things. You can tell it with their website, their offerings and ultimately the service when you are using it. Everything is designed to be functional at the core. The backend is neat with cropped edges to make them look prettier.
This in itself is not worth mentioning but what is, is the fact that they have done so without compromising on its usability or functionality and this, according to me, is worth noting. You have a backend that is as functional as it is neat.
Speed and Security
Speed is necessary but security is imperative. Drill this bit about the internet into your heads because they are the truest words anybody would have ever spoken (trust me I know). But here is the thing, they don’t go hand in hand, especially when it comes to the internet. More security means more scans and that hits your speed.
Customer Support is simply brilliant. This comes down to two things. First, of course, the reps and their ability. The second is the product itself. If there is any problem it is with Wix, and there is no need to track and go in search of the issue. So, you can make out already, the issues are solved quite fast. Now that you have got your reasons, stop reading and start building.
